Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you provide. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.

Acceptable use & user content

Circles let you share reactions and notes with people you invite. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users:

Price

Reelm is currently free to use and contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in a future version, these terms will be updated with their pricing and renewal details before they take effect.

Third-party content

Show and film information comes from third-party sources (e.g. TMDB) and is provided "as is". Reelm is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Disclaimers & liability

Reelm is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party show/film data is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Geoffrey Cross, 40 Pecksland Road, Greenwich, CT 06831, USA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Reelm — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Total liability for any claim relating to Reelm will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Reelm in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or USD $50.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in-app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Reelm will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
